Refund Policy

• After the purchase of a ticket the client can request a refund until the period 10 days before the event, after which the ticket can no longer be refunded. This is due to organisational and professional standards. 
• Gift cards are issued and valid for a for one year starting on the date of purchase. Gift cards can be purchased and used by anyone, and names do not have to match. Contrary to tickets, gift cards may be refunded at any time during the one year period given they have not been redeemed.
• Both tickets and gift cards will be refunded in the event of class cancellations or issues within the courses.
